“The bathroom and decor were excellent – very relaxing. Once I figured out the hot tub (the in-room instructions were wrong, and it seems they had no plan to correct them – you have to get the receptionist to explain it at check-in or call them), it was fantastic. The staff were superb during the volcanic ash and airport closure, as I never knew when I could check out; they did everything to help.”

This hotel is truly boutique and unique in that its design encourages interaction between staff and guests. Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast was more than satisfactory.
